Judy Walker discusses a question from PhD student Jessalyn Bolkema Judy Walker in mathematics has earned one of the 37 new INCLUDES grants, which NSF announced today. These are the first round of grants in a new initiative to enhance U.S. leadership in STEM by broadening participation by underrepresented groups. Judy’s project: WATCH US Women Achieving Through Community Hubs in the U.S. aims to increase the number of women in mathematics, especially at the Ph.D. level. . September 23, 2016.
