200806 Plant Camp 105

Natalie Keller (green shirt) and Remi Christensen examine the roots and dirt of a corn plant from which they will take samples. They will test the microorganisms in the soil that will later be studied and compared to different soils across Nebraska. The girls are a part of the Plant Class which they are taking though Seward Highschool, Biochemistry and EPSCOR. The high school soil science camp that was originally to be held on campus was reimagined, so participants did the research in their own yards. August 6, 2020.
